Editorial illustration (final and initial sketch) for an interview series called “Reimagining Recovery” for Forward Cities. An interview series exploring the role of entrepreneurship and building opportunities and spaces for everyone to become an entrepreneur in a bold and progressive economic recovery agenda at the local, state, and national levels.

Forward Cities wanted an illustration to depict a "fireside chat" including imagery of a warm fire; that conveyed warmth, connection, and dialogue. The illustration needed to use geometric shapes, echoing the squares and triangles of their logo and their brand colours in major areas.
